Would "collision repair" be a good career to get into in todays economy?

So i'm thinking about going to school for "collision repair" and im wondering if it would be a good field to get into? if it would be a lucrative career, and if you know anything about it, like; the pay, the work, anything about it would be appreciated, anything u know i want to know kinda thing lol thank you very much yahoo answers people :)
