How to throw A Knuckle Curve?

When I say Knuckle Curve I mean the one with little rotation that moves side to side and drops at the end. I have had a hard time finding out how to throw one like this, but I do know it exists because of people who have umpired games and seen one for themselves, and MLB players such as Jesse haines threw one.
