Yes there are guys out there like that. You're not being shallow, or a perfectionist, you just know who the right guy is for you, you just need to find him. Most girls have a huge list and are way to picky on what guy they want to date. You just want a well rounded guy, who doesn't? I'm sure you'll find him sooner or later, just keep looking!
