Should the Health System be held by private mega-lucrative corporations or the State? Why?

Do you think health should continue being a lucrative business in which transnational enterprises dont stop growing their pockets and in which if you dont pay you dont exist, ergo you die, or should it be held by the State in order to accomplish the function it really has (to take care of every inhabitant of the country) making no longer any distinction?
