SERIOUSLY, Why is this considered shallow?! (10 points for best answer!)?

It sucks when you are the nice one in love, the relationship would work, you are even the personality type they like. Have lots of things in common. Oh, but oops, because of the way your parents genes came together, you arent good enough for them. And it really does all come down to looks when you realize the mate they do end up choosing likes the exact same things you do, does the same things you do, acts the same way you act... just is a 9 or a 10 instead of a 5 or a 6.
