IN NJ ONLY- what career path is more lucrative? SURGICAL TECH or DIALYSIS TECH?

I just signed on for dialysis tech however some people tell me go for surgical and some for dialysis so am confused! Any medical professionals with REAL info please tell me what is the BEST and MORE DESIREABLE path to take please?
