Can you lease a venue to rent out to other people, or do you have to buy the property?

Some property lease agreements have a clause that state a lessee may not rent out the property he or she is leasing. Or that the lessee will need to provide their own liability insurance ( which you will need any way for your business). You'd have to check with the person or company you'd be leasing the property from.
